James Bond actor Daniel Craig and his wife Rachel Weisz may soon be embroiled in another battle with their neighbours over their plans to make significant changes to their \u00a36m London townhouse.<\/p>\n
The ambitious plans include moving the kitchen, pulling down a conservatory and extending the property, according to <\/span>MailOnline<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n It comes after the A-listers won their fight to keep a 65ft tree at their home, despite residents claiming it was causing subsidence.<\/span><\/p>\n Daniel, 55, and Rachel, 53, are arguing that they want to demolish their current conservatory on the grounds that it has been \u201cpoorly constructed\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n The Hollywood couple also want to move the kitchen from the front to the back of the property and carry out serious alterations to make that happen.<\/p>\n READ MORE: <\/strong> James Bond producer confesses Hollywood star would’ve made ‘great’ Bond<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Plans additionally include splitting the ground-floor double reception room into two and installing a bigger first-floor rear window.<\/span><\/p>\n However, these big changes could spark another row with planners and neighbours. <\/span><\/p>\n The terraced home, which dates all the way back to 1840, is Grade II listed and lies in a designated conservation area.<\/span><\/p>\n While there have been no objections from neighbours so far, Daniel has expressed his wish to cut down a bay tree as part of plans for a garden makeover – including more tree planting – in a separate planning application.<\/span><\/p>\n In a letter to the council, neighbour Colin Jacobson wrote: \u201cMy concerns are to ensure that the falling of this tree and associated garden developments should not have any adverse effects on the two magnificent plane trees at the rear of the site.<\/span><\/p>\n Don’t miss… <\/strong> <\/p>\n
