The Watch 5 Pro will monitor your heart rate and rhythm, your sleep cycles, your blood oxygen, blood pressure and body composition.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also an expansive range of workout companion modes too. Outdoor runners, in particular, will appreciate certain features that\u2019s only available in the Pro mode: it\u2019s got a \u2018Track Back\u2019 navigational feature that will help you find your way home should you take an unfamiliar route.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also a great device for workout sessions in the gym too: after any intense cardio, the Watch 5 Pro will track your heart rate recovery and gauge how well you recover. It will even let you know how much you should re-hydrate.<\/p>\n<p>The Pro is an exceptional choice for people who favour bulkier wearables: it\u2019s got a 45mm face, whereas the standard Watch 5 is only available in 40mm and 44mm sizes.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps its most notable feature is the hugely increased battery life: by contract to the standard Watch 5\u2019s 410mAh capacity, its 572mAh battery is advertised to last for 80 hours.<\/p>\n<p>On top of that, the Watch 5 Pro supports faster charging speeds, thanks to its USB-C &#8211; perfect if (like us) you\u2019re the type who always forget to plug in their devices before going to bed at night.<\/p>\n<p>In pure looks it\u2019s seriously eye-catching too, with a crisp, 1.36-inch AMOLED display and an intuitive user interface that\u2019s widely considered to be one of the best in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The WearOS ecosystem features tech not just built by Samsung but Google too: you can use this smartwatch to download apps like Spotify, and you can also take and receive calls too.<\/p>\n<p>You can pick it up in two different colours: Gray Titanium and Black Titanium.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s earned an average rating of 4.1 out of 5 on the John Lewis website, with one buyer describing it as a wearable with \u2018superb looks, feel and performance.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>He goes on to add: \u2018An impressive watch with presence and performance in equal measure \u2026 finally, a watch that properly interacts with my phone.
