As 2023 winds down, King Charles III is expected to drop a New Year’s Honours List, full to the brim with notable names primed to be knighted in the coming months.<\/p>\n
Last year saw the announcement that Brian May, Grayson Perry, Frank Skinner and Stephen Graham were included in the list of celebrity honourees.<\/p>\n
With just days left until 2024, a new collection of celebs are about to be confirmed as 2024’s knights.<\/p>\n
When it comes to the Great British public, however, they already know who they want to be knighted in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
On the list are David Beckham, Marcus Rashford and Gareth Southgate to name a few. But there is also a former key member of Take That on the list: Robbie Williams.<\/p>\n
READ MORE <\/strong> Tickets for Take That final new shows have just been released<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Robbie brought Take That to life in the 1990s alongside Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald.<\/p>\n And, although Take That are still working hard to release albums and go on tour in 2024, it is Robbie who fans want to receive the Sir title.<\/p>\n In a survey conducted by Ladbrokes LIVE<\/strong>, Robbie received almost ten percent of all votes from the British public (out of more than 1,500).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ladbrokes LIVE<\/strong>‘s Alex Apati said: “Gary Barlow and co are nowhere to be seen in the public’s popularity charts, and despite Take That playing at the King’s coronation earlier this year, it’s Robbie who plenty reckon will once again take the limelight.”<\/p>\n Elsewhere on the list is former James Bond star Daniel Craig, who received just over ten percent of the public vote.<\/p>\n But top of the list was Rashford, who has captured the hearts of Great Britain with both his work on and off the pitch.<\/p>\n\n
