The North Face Introduces Portable Slipper and Nuptse Bootie Socks

Ahead of the holiday season, The North Face is now introducing a set of comfort-focused footwear. Leading the mix are the Portable Slippers which express a three-dimensional form that resembles a fusion of slippers and socks. The soles of the slippers are outfitted with silicone pads to prevent slipping. The comfortable fit allows for wearing barefoot or with socks on. The Portable Slippers also come complete with a specially designed sack to be held for convertible carry.

Named after The North Face’s Nuptse footwear, the Nuptse Bootie Socks are designed to protect feet during the cold winter. The lining of the socks is constructed of boa fleece and features the same cut-back design of the Nuptse footwear. Silver ions incorporated into the material of the socks offer an antibacterial and deodorizing effect, while the soles offer anti-slip properties.

Priced at ¥3,960 and ¥2,970 JPY (approximately $26 and $20 USD), the Portable Slipper and Nuptse Bootie Socks are available now on The North Face’s website.

For more footwear news, Joel Embiid is rumored to sign Skechers endorsement.
