FCA US is recalling over 20,271 vehicles due to a critical safety issue with the instrument display panel. This recall involves approximately 11,743 2024-2025 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles and about 8,528 2024-2025 Dodge Charger EVs.
The faulty instrument display panel fails to show gear selection, warning lights, and other critical safety information. The issue may stem from a software error. As a result, these vehicles do not comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard.
On April 1, FCA US LLC discovered the problem affecting certain models. Notification letters will be sent to owners on May 21. Owners can contact customer service at 1-800-853-1403 for assistance.
