Soto began her employment in May 2019. According to her allegations, she suffered racial discrimination and harassment from her supervisors and colleagues. She reported these issues to Human Resources in 2024 but claims no adequate action was taken.

Soto’s situation worsened under the supervision of Itzel Sibrian, who allegedly threatened her with termination after Soto wrote to Jenner detailing her grievances. Soto resigned in August 2025, citing anxiety caused by her treatment.
This lawsuit follows another filed by Angelica Vasquez against Jenner, claiming similar issues of harassment and discrimination. Both lawsuits highlight ongoing concerns about employment law violations within Jenner’s household.
